Hani Recently Spoke About Feeling Pressure About Drama Ratings
The EXID member is no longer new in the acting industry as she starred in JTBC's IDOL: The Coup. The series tells the story of idols who failed to become part of the industry.
In the drama, Hani plays the role of the leader of a fictional girl group, Cotton Candy. Her co-members on-screen were Han So Eun, Redsquare's Green, WJSN's Exy, and LABOUM's Solbin. At that time, she expressed her concerns due to the drama's viewership ratings.
"Seeing the [low] ratings made me feel like I put my scars out there, but nobody cared. The drama aired late at night, and since it was about idols, I kind of expected [the low ratings] to some degree, but it still didn't feel good when I saw [the ratings] with my own eyes," she said.
Despite that, she learned not to let the numbers affect her performance, and she pledged to always give her all no matter what the outcome would be.
