Like previous films, Disney is really doing their best to keep the official title of Star Wars: Episode IX a secret from the masses. While there are a number of supposed leaks around, we will never know what the film's official title is until Disney and Lucasfilm reveal it, which is going to happen sometime this year. The wait for this title has been aggravating for some and Disney is so secretive that they haven't told certain people within the company what it is.
In fact, if this exchange is to be believed, it looks like the Lucasfilm Story Group isn't allowed to know either.
For those unaware, the Story Group was devised by Kathleen Kennedy so that there would only one accessible continuity. This resulted in a mixed reaction since a lot of fans liked the stories told in books, video games, and comics so having them not be canon anymore did sting. Good thing that the current Star Wars comics from Marvel are great, otherwise fans would have more to complain about.
The story group wasn't told the title of IX

Pablo Hidalgo, who was asked about the film's title, is a part of this Story Group and the fact that he doesn't know means no one in that initiative does. Maybe Kathleen Kennedy knows it but the title seems to be a secret to everyone else who isn't involved with the movie.
Star Wars: Episode IX comes out on December 20.
