Barbie Ferreira Dismisses Euphoria Season 2 Rumor and Talks Character's Struggle in Teen Drama

During her appearance on the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast, Ferreira put to rest any hearsay of her walking off the set of the teen drama. Rather, the actress clarified that she only had to step out to get an X-ray due to an ankle sprain.

Moreover, she shared her frank thoughts on her character's trajectory, explaining that Kat no longer fit into the show's world. While there were potential paths for the character, Ferreira felt they wouldn't have done Kat justice and that both she and the production team agreed that she shouldn't be relegated to the role of the "fat best friend."
