A recent report has suggested that Elizabeth Olsen might make her long-awaited MCU comeback in the upcoming Vision series.
Since her "death" in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, fans have been looking forward to seeing Olsen's Wanda Maximoff again in the MCU and wondered which project she may make her next appearance.
For the last couple of years, we've been hearing a lot of rumors about Olsen's MCU future as Marvel Studios remains mum on the details of their plans for her next appearance in the franchise.
Elizabeth Olsen Reportedly Set Her Next MCU Appearance in Vision Series
According to a recent report, Olsen might potentially return as Wanda Maximoff in the Vision series.
There are no details on how many episodes she might appear in or whether the character will be resurrected for her comeback.
So far, Marvel Studios has not confirmed Olsen's potential MCU comeback in the project.
However, insider Daniel Richtman seemingly backed up the claim as he reported that Olsen is set to make her MCU return in an upcoming project that will be filmed in 2025.
Coincidentally, Vision is currently slated to begin production in English in 2025 which makes Olsen's return to the project more likely. The upcoming Avengers movies are also circling to start rolling their cameras around that time as well.
Considering Wanda's romantic connection to Vision, it would not be surprising at all if Olsen ends up appearing in the series whether it's a cameo or a major supporting role and perhaps they will address how she will be resurrected.
For now, let's wait and see whether Olsen's return to the series will end up being true, but a lot of fans will definitely be happy when it happens.
Vision is slated for release on Disney+ in 2026.
