- Quick Answer: No, Sophie Baek did not get pregnant. After a mid-season scare, she confirms her "courses" returned, allowing the couple to focus on their wedding at My Cottage.
Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek knew better than to risk their social standings behind closed doors. Yet, as all Bridgertons do, they tend to take a chance on everything for the sake of true love. Apart from Araminta, Sophie's main concern is whether or not Benedict had gotten her pregnant after the night they shared together.

Did Benedict Bridgerton Get Sophie Baek Pregnant?
The moment Sophie left the bedroom she shared with Benedict, it was only then that it sank into her head: could she have gotten pregnant after merely one night of fooling around?
Based on the calendar she kept (otherwise known as her period tracker at the time), she had 8 days to determine whether she was with child.

The more days passed, the more anxious Sophie and Benedict felt. Their separate social standings were already scandalous enough as it is, what more a child born out of wedlock?
Though Benedict had promised he would risk everything, including being shunned by the ton, by his own family, and by the Queen herself, Sophie held strongly to her personal morals that her child should not suffer the same fate as she did.
Upon the eighth day, it would seem that Sophie was indeed pregnant. However, it wasn't until the tenth day that her "courses returned." A false alarm. This had only confirmed two things: how much Benedict was willing to sacrifice for her, and how much Sophie would be distraught, becoming a mistress, the very reason that Benedict would be turned away from the ton. So, how did it all end in season 4, despite the circumstances?
How Did Benedict and Sophie Tie Up This Season?
The main problem of Benedict and Sophie's romance is essentially overcoming the barriers of class. Violet Bridgerton expressed nothing but support for her second eldest, but would that truly be enough for their love story to bloom?
Sophie faces judgment in court after being called upon by her scheming stepmother, Araminta. In court, the stepmother accused Sophie of stealing her priceless shoe clips and of impersonating nobility, both of which were considered crimes in the ton.

It wasn't until Benedict found Sophie's missing necklace that it all clicked for him who she really was: the Lady in Silver he met and fell in love with at the masquerade ball. Since then, he has been more determined to set her free.
Sophie eventually finds evidence that Araminta had been stealing the promised dowry her late father left for her, and was supposed to use this document to overthrow her stepmother. However, in the end, they made a different agreement.
Araminta should help solidify their case to the Queen, similar to how Simon and Daphne did in proving that they loved each other before securing their marriage. By agreeing to this, Araminta quietly slipped away, never to have the power to ruin Sophie and her life ever again.
With that, Bridgerton season 4 ended with Sophie and Benedict dancing the night away, all the way to the day they officiated their marriage.
