It will still be a long wait for the D23 Expo 2019 but Disney has just announced the schedule of the upcoming events. Not surprisingly, the convention is putting the focus on new Star Wars projects as well as the future of Marvel Studios.
D23 2019 is officially taking place in Anaheim, California from August 23 to 25, 2019. Friday's events will kick off with the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony, which will be followed by a presentation of Disney+. This means fans can get a first look at the streaming service's original content which includes the Star Wars series The Mandalorian.
Saturday is all about the upcoming films from Disney, Marvel Studios, and Star Wars. Fans can look forward to a panel for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker on August 24. Finally, Sunday is all about Disney Parks.
