Justin Bieber shared in his recent social media post that he felt that he was "drowning" as he strives to "let hate go," and fans have been wondering whether he is okay.

The Grammy-winning pop star's mental health state has been a subject of discussions and speculation among his fans as they are concerned for his well-being after posting a series of cryptic posts.

Justin Bieber's 'Drowning' Post Explained

In his recent post on his Instagram story, Bieber opened up about his current emotional state once again as she shared to his fans that he felt like he was "drowning" as he was trying to "let hate go."

"I was always told when I was a kid not to hate. But it made me feel like I wasn’t allowed to have it and so I didn’t tell anyone I’ve had it," he wrote in his post.

"Which made me feel like I have been drowning feeling unsafe to acknowledge it. I think we can only let hate go by first acknowledging its there."

Bieber concluded, "How couldn’t we feel hate from all of the hurt we have experienced?"

SZA's "I Hate U" was used as the background music for the post.

In a follow-up post, Bieber wrote again, "If they aren't talking shit U must not be goin brazy enough."

What is the Meaning of the Post? Is Justin Bieber Okay?

Fans are now wondering whether Bieber is okay as a result of the cryptic post and without any context on the meaning behind it.

It is hard to tell at the moment what the "drowning" post all means and only Bieber himself or his close circle know the real context behind the post.

In a statement last month, Bieber's representative has denied the rumors that the singer has drug issues.

They told TMZ that the Grammy winner's past year has been "very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him."

The persistent narrative about Bieber's mental and physical health is "exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive."

Bieber's representative emphasized that the singer remains in good shape and he is committed to continuously supporting his wife Hailey, their son, taking care of his health, and creating music.
