The PG-13 release of Ryan Reynold's brassy little Deadpool 2 just got its very own title, and it's as cutesy as the PG-13 rating allows it to be.
According to Deadline, 20th Century Fox has just named its PG-13 Deadpool 2 movie to Once Upon A Deadpool, a child-friendly version of the wildly violent and crude comic book movie. The re-release of the successful superhero comedy movie is going to run from December 12 all through to Christmas Eve, catering to younger audiences that weren't able to see the original movie because of its R-Rating restriction.
Marvel fans of age may also want to check out Once Upon A Deadpool for themselves – sure the film's violent and brassy scenes were cut to fit the PG-13 rating limits, however, director David Leitch along with screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick made sure to add new footage to the movie. But that's not the only reason why everyone should take a look at Once Upon A Deadpool. The PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 is also part of a charity where Ryan Reynolds and the rest of the team will be giving $1 out of every ticket sold to "Fuck Cancer."
That's a pretty great cause that the Merc with a Mouth is working at.
Deadpool 2 dropped in cinemas in May this year, becoming the fifth highest-grossing movie of 2018 with its $743 million global earnings. Once Upon A Deadpool is the third version of Deadpool 2 tho release this year.
