A recent rumor has suggested that a fan-favorite character from Hawkeye will be making an appearance in Daredevil: Born Again.
MCU fans have been looking forward to the upcoming series as it is set to relaunch the Charlie Cox-led series years after the original Netflix version ended its run. This time around, Marvel Studios is behind the project.
So far, the plot details regarding the project are still being kept under wraps. Fans who attended the recent D23 event were treated with exclusive footage that showed their first look at the highly-anticipated series.
Hawkeye Star Tony Dalton Will Reportedly Appear in Daredevil: Born Again
Insider Daniel Richtman claimed in his recent scoop that Hawkeye star Tony Dalton will be reprising the role of Jack Duquesne in Daredevil: Born Again.
There were no details provided on the number of episodes in which he will appear or whether he will become the "Swordsman" in the series.
So far, Marvel Television has not confirmed the claims that were made in the scoop.
Recently, Charlie Cox teased that Daredevil: Born Again will feature cameo appearances from a couple of familiar characters.
"And there are a couple of other nice little cameos that come up," he said.
While the details regarding the cameos are still under wraps, the D23 exclusive footage revealed that Ms. Marvel star Mohan Kapur, who plays Kamala Khan's father, Yusuf, will make an appearance in the series.
If Dalton's alleged cameo ends up being true, it is great to hear that he will be returning since we will be able to find out what he has been up to following the events of Hawkeye, which was also set in New York.
It would be interesting to see whether we will hear more details about the other cameos in the series in the coming months leading up to its release.
Daredevil: Born Again is set to premiere on Disney+ in March 2025.
