Dancing with the Stars season 33's Disney Night saw the eight remaining couples celebrate the magic of Disney with performances inspired by its timeless films and characters.
As expected, one couple was eliminated by the end of the night and placed eighth in the overall tally of this season's competition. Let's recap below.
What Happened in Dancing with the Stars Season 33's Disney Night?
The night started with an opening number set to "Friend Like Me" from Aladdin which was choreographed by the show veteran Mandy Moore. Michael James Scott, who plays the Genie in the Broadway musical, also made an appearance.
The episode also marked the debut of the new song from Moana 2 titled "We're Back" with a routine by the troupe and eliminated pros, choreographed by Britt Stewart.
Among the performances, the biggest clear standout of the night is Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong's performance of "We Own the Night" from Zombies 2.
The couple got the highest overall score with 54. They were followed by Joey Graziadei & Jenna Johnson and Ilona Maher & Alan Berstein as they each got an overall score of 52.
Ilona and Alan's performance was also one of the highlights as they were wearing heavy makeup and costumes as the characters in Encanto. Some viewers praised them for their commitment to their performance.
Who Got Eliminated in Dancing with the Stars Season 33's Disney Night
Unfortunately, Phaedra Parks and Val Chmerkovskiy were eliminated in the Disney Night round of Dancing with the Stars season 33.
They performed "Cruella De Vil" from One Hundred and One Dalmatians. However, it seems that the judges were not impressed by their work and they got an overall score of 48.
They have the lowest score of the week alongside Dwight Howard and Danielle Karagach, who performed "When Can I See You Again?" from Wreck-It Ralph.
Phaedra thanked Val for being a wonderful partner to her during their run in the season. While it was an emotional goodbye, Phaedra had a wonderful experience being part of the hit reality series.
As a result of their elimination, only seven remaining couples are competing for next week's round which will be themed around the Halloween season.
