Spring 2024 is here, and while lots of shows are only set to premiere this week, there are already leaks of certain titles. Recently, Crunchyroll acknowledged a leak of select spring 2024 anime, including highly anticipated shows such as KonoSuba season 3.
While leaks are fairly common in manga, it’s a fairly rare occurrence when it comes to seasonal anime. So, the fact that there are eight anime that got leaked is a surprise to many.
KonoSuba Season 3 Episodes 1 and 2 Leak Online Ahead of Premiere
Perhaps the biggest leak of the season is KonoSuba season 3. The show’s first episode was set to be released this week, though its early episodes got leaked online.
While it’s not available on Crunchyroll yet, some fans were already able to watch the first two episodes on unofficial anime streaming platforms. The leaks were spotted in early April.
It’s not clear what caused this leak, but initially, fans thought it was only KonoSuba season 3 that was affected.
As the first week of April went on, it was revealed that more shows got released early on unofficial platforms ahead of their Crunchyroll premiere dates.
