Christopher Robin: Watch Ewan McGregor Interview Pooh and Friends

He may not be swinging a lightsaber anytime soon, but Ewan McGregor will be gracing the big screens once again with Disney's live-action Christopher Robin. Marketing for the movie is going full blast, and a new featurette has McGregor interviewing the citizens of the Hundred Acre Wood.

It seems that only Jim Cummings (Pooh and Tigger) has been asked to reprise his role as characters from the cartoon. The rest have been recast. You'll particularly notice that Piglet now sounds very different, counting that he has quite an accent now,

Besides Cummings, the voice cast will also include Brad Garrett (Eeyore), Nick Mohammed (Piglet), Peter Capaldi (Rabbit), Toby Jones (Owl), and Sophie Okonedo (Kanga).

I'll be honest, I don't know how embedded Winnie the Pooh is with children today, but I can imagine a lot of adults who want to check out this movie based on nostalgia alone. Hopefully this movie manages to dazzle as much as it promises to.

In the heartwarming live action adventure Disney's "Christopher Robin," the young boy who shared countless adventures with his band of lovable stuffed animals in the Hundred Acre Wood is now grown up and living in London but he has lost his way. Now it is up to his childhood friends to venture into our world and help Christopher Robin rediscover the joys of family life, the value of friendship and to appreciate the simple pleasures in life once again.

Catch Christopher Robin in theaters Aug. 3.
