Chris Pratt recently addressed his potential return as Star-Lord and joining James Gunn's DCU franchise.

Fans have been wondering whether when Pratt is set to make his MCU return considering that the post-credits scene of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. teased his comeback in the future.

With Gunn taking over the DCU franchise, there have been questions about whether Pratt will also get involved and become part of both superhero franchises simultaneously.

In a recent interview, Pratt was asked about his potential return as Star-Lord and working with Gunn again in the DCU.

The actor revealed that he will likely make his return as the Guardians of the Galaxy leader. He also teased that he could get involved in both the MCU and DCU at the same time.

"Well, it probably make more sense that I would be Star-Lord again. But anything is possible, and especially with James over at DC. Maybe there's something that would be right over there. Maybe both. How about both? Let's do both. I think it's 100% both," Pratt said.

It wouldn't be surprising at this point if Pratt ends up joining the DCU as well since he has expressed interest in the past to work with Gunn again in the new franchise.

We've also seen some actors become part of both superhero franchises so it wouldn't be out of the realm to think that Pratt could do both at the same time as long as scheduling won't hinder it from happening.

There are certainly a lot of roles in the DC world that Pratt could play if Gunn taps him to join the DCU. For now, let's wait and see whether it will end up happening in the future.
