Choo Sung Hoon hyped fans with his special appearance in Jang Hyuk's tvN Kdrama series, Family.
The ongoing Kdrama series mark Jang Hyuk and Jang Na Ra's reunion since the duo worked in three previous collaborations: Successful Story of a Bright Girl, Fated to Love You, and one short project.
Viewers also tuned in on May 1 episode as The Return of Superman star Choo Sung Hoon had a cameo recently.
Choo Sung Hoon Appears in Jang Hyuk's Kdrama Family
In May 1 episode, Choo Sung Hoon got involved in a fight with Kwon Do Hoon (Jang Hyuk) on a bus. He wielded a knife as he threw a fiery gaze at Kwon Do Hoon.
Before the episode's release, the producers of Family expressed their excitement to feature Choo Sung Hoon, saying that the Kdrama showed the top of the MMA world and the top of the acting world in one frame.

They also thanked the MMA fighter for agreeing to make an appearance in the drama.
"The fight scene between Choo Sung Hoon and Jang Hyuk was so thrilling that it felt just like watching a real fight inside the ring," they continued, as cited by News1. "It was to the extent that while watching the realistic action, all the staff members on set were holding their breath. Please look forward to it."
Family is an ongoing tvN Kdrama series that tells the story of a secret agent for the National Intelligence Service (NIS) who is undercover as an ordinary office worker. His wife, who wants a perfect family, has a shocking, huge secret.
Jang Hyuk Shares Thoughts About Working Together With Jang Na Ra Again
Before the Kdrama was released, the two co-stars appeared in an online press conference during which they reflected on their relationship as actor and actress.
Jang Hyuk said he trusts Jang Na Ra as he has known her for over two decades. He noted that he worked with her during his 30s and 40s before scoring a chance to collaborate with her again.
"I want a romantic comedy not too distant from reality, and she makes it easier for me to do that by striking the right balance with me. I really liked our match," he went on.
The actor added that it is interesting that they first met as singles before reuniting after their marriages.
