The Whip Hybrid is a young woman in a symbiotic relationship with the Whip Devil.

Like Denji, she didn't form a contract with a Devil to obtain her powers. Instead, she merged with a Devil, and unlike Fiend merges, in which the human host is already dead, her human consciousness remains.

The way in which the Whip Hybrid (whose name is currently unknown) merged with the Whip Devil is not mentioned in the manga yet. It is possible that she entered the Hybrid state willingly to become powerful.

Alternatively, the Whip Devil itself may have offered to merge with her, similar to Pochita's merging with Denji.

At an unknown time following her transformation, she was recruited by Makima who mind-controlled her and used her and her fellow Hybrids, including Barem, the Flamethrower Hybrid, to attack the Chainsaw Devil.

Like all Hybrids, the Whip Hybrid retains her regular human form most of the time. When fighting, however, she turns into a fearsome creature.

Her hands turn into multiple whips and her head develops tendril-like growths, resulting in an eldrich horror-like appearance. Given her long, tentacle-like whips, we would say she's the scariest among the Hybrids.

When she's in her Whip Hybrid form, she's gifted with enhanced speed, power, and endurance that place her well beyond human capabilities.

Her whips are strong enough to cut a human in pieces, meaning no one wants to cross her when she's transformed.

Like other Hybrids, she can regenerate fast in case she becomes wounded. Consuming blood can accelerate the healing process and make her battle-ready in no time.

The Whip Hybrid is alive despite her rough battle in previous chapters. In the latest manga chapters, she and her fellow Hybrids attempt to attack Denji to get him to transform.

Quanxi, who is back in action after a long disappearance, slices the Whip Hybrid into pieces.

For others, this would mean certain death. However, as a Hybrid, the Whip Hybrid is nearly immortal and regenerates even after being dismembered.

In Chapter 150 of the manga, she returns to help Barem by hitting many Public Safety officers.

We expect the Whip Devil to keep wreaking havoc until she gets caught — if taking her into custody is even possible at this rate.
