A Coldplay kiss cam moment at a recent concert revealed Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR chief Kristin Cabot in a compromising position. Discover how the viral video unfolded, its aftermath, and the resurfaced allegations of Byron's past behavior.

What Happened at Coldplay's Concert? Who was the Couple on Kiss Cam?

At Coldplay's recent concert in Massachusetts, the kiss cam happened to land on a seemingly sweet couple canoodling in each other's arms as the concertgoers raved about their closeness.

Instead of cheering along with Coldplay, however, the couple in question scrambled to get their hands off each other and away from the camera as soon as possible, which Chris Martin decided to poke fun at: "Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy."

The pair happened to be colleagues at Astronomer, an AI and data company valued at about $1.2 billion.

The man in the kiss cam is Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, a married individual who appeared to be getting cozy with his company's chief human resources officer, Kristin Cabot.

Is the Alleged Affair Between the Astronomer CEO and HR True?

Though nothing is for sure yet, Martin's additional footage indicated that the singer felt bad for his comment, "Holy s***. I hope we didn't do something bad."

Meanwhile, the alleged affair has yet to be confirmed or denied. However, the kiss cam went viral on TikTok, and CEO Byron and his family suffered consequences.

Page Six managed to track down his wife, Megan's, Facebook page, which contained family photos, but it is no longer accessible to the public.

Additionally, Megan decided to remove her profile after deleting her surname from her social media accounts.

Speaking of social media posts being deleted, even Cabot, who was previously praised as a "proven leader" after receiving her HR promotion in November 2024, deleted her role at Astronomer from her LinkedIn account.

Apart from this alleged affair, an article about Byron's inappropriate behavior at work has resurfaced on the Internet, putting him back in the spotlight for previous employee disputes.

As reported by Page Six, an exposé about the cybersecurity tech company Cybereason previously published that Byron tends to "lash out" against former employees who disagreed with him and even threatened to fire them.

Seven years ago, in response to the allegations made to Byron at the time, he reached out to say he was hired to make "difficult decisions" that may have "disappointed some individuals", while denying bad behavior claims.

Neither Byron nor Cabot has spoken about the viral video yet, and the CEO's wife has gone offline. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
