BTS’s V graced the online press conference of the upcoming new tvN food/travel reality show Seonjin’s Korean Street Food Wednesday, February 22, along with other cast members, and talked about his experience as an intern in the series.

It’s the first time V has worked as an intern in a restaurant owned by Lee Seo Jin. By the looks of it, he has enjoyed his time on the show, while the owner himself has nothing but good words about the BTS member.

BTS’s V’s Work as an Intern

The idol is intern No. 2, working with intern No. 1, Choi Woo Sik, head chef Jung Yoo Mi, and sous-chef Park Seo Joon.

They all greet the press and viewers with the show’s producer Na Young Suk.

Of course, all eyes are on V, the most popular intern ever working in the restaurant.

So, to talk about his experience as an intern, he said he was “really excited about the show.”

“Once I finally started filming, I experienced so many new things for the first time in my life, and the cast and crew helped to make this experience unforgettable for me,” he stated, per AllKpop.

"I was expecting to wait on tables, but when I got there, they asked me to cook. Well, within BTS, I'm the worst at cooking, and so I thought, 'Why me?'” he continued. “But as I began learning... I still wasn't able to gain a sense of 'the joy of cooking'. Cooking is just so hard. For me, it was really tough."

Lee Seo Jin Praised BTS’s V

Lee Seo Jin also talks about his experience with his new employees, especially on V.

Though he admits the hitmaker isn’t the type who will go out of his way to please others, he will fulfill a task given to him without any complaints.

“Rather than stepping out of line and making trouble, being diligent in the role that you are given is what an intern is supposed to do,” he explains.

He also discusses the characters of his other workers, revealing who among them is the best employee.

"The best employee is Park Seo Joon, my right-hand man. Choi Woo Sik is my left-hand man,” he added.

So, when Park Seo Joon learns he’s the favorite, he promises to work harder until he becomes the head.
