BTS Concert COVID-19 Rules, Tickets and More
As the threat of COVID-19 looms, concert-goers have to follow a few rules to watch the BTS concert in person.
In the announcement, Big Hit Music revealed there would be spacing guidelines set by the local government performance venue COVID-19 control measures, per Manila Bulletin. There’s also a possibility that the event would be canceled or changed “depending on the social distancing level.”
If the in-person concert gets canceled, fans’ tickets will be fully refunded. “Additional details will be provided regarding the changes to the event,” the agency added.

“Cheering loudly, yelling, chanting, and standing up during ‘BTS Permission to Dance on Stage-Seoul’ is strictly prohibited according to government guidelines,” the notice read. “Instead, we will be having a fan event using clappers.”
The clappers would feature a slogan made by the ARMYs themselves. It would feature the message fans wanted to say to BTS.
“We will select one to use as the slogan on the clappers.” the announcement continued. “All fans are eligible to send in messages for the clappers.”
Fans could get their clappers upon entering the Olympic Stadium on the concert day.
Fans can send their message with the format starting on Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 10:30 a.m. until Thursday, Feb. 17, at 11:59 p.m. KST. They can send their notes by following this format, “ARMYTIME_YYYYMMDD (Date of the concert) / their message,” on this Google Doc form.
