Blake Lively's lawyers have subpoenaed influencers Perez Hilton, Candace Owens, and Andy Signore about the Justin Baldoni legal battle.

TMZ reported that Lively's legal team made the recent development as part of their attempt to prove Baldoni's alleged smear campaign against her. The influencers, as mentioned earlier, have been actively commenting on the drama in their online channels.

What Are the Influencers' Response to the Subpoena from Blake Lively?

Hilton, Owens, and Signore have responded to the news that Lively's legal team subpoenaed them.

In a statement, Owens claimed that she was not aware that she would be receiving the court document.

"Given the fact that I have not received any subpoena yet, I appreciate Blake’s team leaking this to TMZ to alert me to it," she said.

"And of course, I have not the slightest idea what I am being subpoenaed for as I knew none of these parties when their respective lawsuits were filed. But stay tuned, and I’ll let audiences know on my podcast!"

Meanwhile, Hilton reacted to the subpoena news on his YouTube channel, where he appeared to be laughing off the situation and questioned why the news had been released early before it was officially filed.

Hilton notably participated in the documentary "In Dispute: Lively vs. Baldoni." Bryan Freedman, Baldoni's lawyer, previously represented him.

Signore's lawyer has also reacted to the subpoena news, claiming that they are unaware of the situation.

"My client has not been served with any legal process at this time. Should service occur, we intend to vigorously defend against any claims and will protect the confidentiality of sources on both sides," he said in a statement.

It is speculated that Signore might have been named in the subpoena because he previously shared an "exclusive" statement from Freedman before the major news outlets reported it.

Recently, a court has ruled that Baldoni is allowed to obtain messages between Lively and Taylor Swift related to the filming of It Ends with Us.

The messages are considered relevant since Lively identified Swift as the person who is familiar with the complaints about the working environment on the set.

Lively attempted to move for a protective order, seeking to relieve her from producing the messages, as she believes that her communications with Swift are irrelevant to the case. However, it was denied.

However, Lively's side has also scored a victory as the judge dismissed Baldoni's countersuit against her.
