The October Girl Group Brand Reputation rankings were thoroughly measured through an analysis of consumer participation, media exposure, social media communication, and community value indexes of girl groups using big data collected from September 10, 2021, until October 9, 2021.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 47,766,752 brand big data for October 2021, which was a 24.86% increase compared to the 38,256,473 recorded in September 2021.
BLACKPINK Maintains Top Spot In October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings
BLACKPINK members Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa received a brand reputation index of 6,092,040 which was a 64.54% increase in their total index in September. BLACKPINK secured its No.1 place in October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings with a consumer participation index of 308,244, media exposure of 1,100,672, social media communication index of 1,231,958, and a community value index of 3,451,167.
High-ranking phrases for BLACKPINK include "LALISA," "YouTube," and "Guinness," which are all tied up to member Lisa's solo debut. Highest-ranking related terms include "record," "surpass," and "register."

Aespa Rises To Second Place In October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings
Monster rookies Aespa (Karina, Winter, Giselle, Ningning) secured No.2 in October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings with a 48.12% rise in its brand reputation index. Aespa accumulated 2,545,718 in September 2021 and rose to 3,770,631 in October 2021.
The 4-member Next Level singers recorded a consumer participation index of 422,416, media exposure of 962,737, social media communication index of 557,681, and a community value index of 1,827,797.
Girls' Generation Settles At No.3 In October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings
Nation's Girl Group Girls' Generation (Taeyeon, Tiffany, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Yuri, YoonA, Sooyoung, Seohyun) maintained an impressive brand reputation index although dropping one place in October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings despite not having a full group comeback.
The SM Entertainment girl group accumulated 3,126,468 which was a 13.20% decrease from its brand reputation index in September 2021 that recorded 3,601,929.
