Birds Of Prey Rumored To Take On A Tone Like Logan’s

Warner Brothers might not have offered too many details about its upcoming Birds of Prey movie, however, it looks like rumors regarding the upcoming DC Extended Universe installment have been making their way online.

According to the most recent report regarding Birds of Prey, word on the street says that the comic book movie is going to take a few notes from 20th Century Fox's R-rated Logan, veering away from the lighthearted levity of the big-budget popcorn movies being made in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The rumor comes from Daniel R, a writer for entertainment news outlet Super Bro Movies. The writer has been posting a lot of leaks and rumors for DC and Marvel over the past few months, and recently he's been focusing on Birds of Prey.

Of course, seeing as the rumor is yet to be confirmed by Warner Brothers, fans have to take the tweet with a grain of salt. After all, no one can never be really sure till the studio makes an official announcement.

However, if the tweet is proven to be true, then Birds of Prey is going to take a major leap from Suicide Squad, taking on a darker and more serious tone. Hopefully though, after Batman v Superman, Warner Brothers manages to mix dark and serious in Birds of Prey and mix it just right.

Birds of Prey doesn't have a release date yet but we'll update everyone as soon as we get word.
