What to Expect in Bakugan Live-Action Movie
So far, the details regarding how Peyton will tackle the Bakugan franchise in a live-action movie are currently under wraps, and whether it will focus on characters from the anime or introduce new characters instead.
In case you're not familiar with Bakugan, it is a strategic game that uses metal cards and magnetic, spring-loaded miniature figures that transform from marble-like balls into toy monsters.
The anime series centers on the Bakugan creatures and the "battle brawlers" that possess them. Several anime iterations have been produced since 2007.
The most recent anime version is the 2023 reboot that aired on Netflix and was produced by TMS Entertainment.
