Avengers: Endgame Completes Editing Process

Avengers: Endgame is moving closer and closer to its debut on the big screen and now that the film is sitting a few weeks away from its premiere, it looks like work has finally been completed. Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo have finished working on the film's editing process and now the directorial duo only has a few small steps to take to polish the film for its upcoming release.

Taking to Twitter early this morning, Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo decided to post a photo announcing the last day of editorial work on their film. In the image, fans get to see a sundae bar set up for the Endgame team to enjoy – something that seems like a tradition for the brothers and for their staff.

"Last day of editorial Sundae Bar," the Russos wrote in the post, "Picture is locked..."

This is good news for Marvel fans. Sure, everyone might be busy with Captain Marvel's release today, but the fanbase can't forget what Marvel has to offer after Brie Larson's debut as Carol Danvers. Not only is Endgame going to serve as the second installment in the Russo brother's two-part Avengers movie, but it's also going to serve as the culmination of an era in the MCU.

Right now we're looking forward to learning more about Endgame, though it's very likely that Marvel won't be holding too many advanced screenings for the film to make sure that spoilers don't leak to the public.

Avengers: Endgame premieres April 26, 2019.
