Did 90 Day Fiancé star Rob Warne lie about his storyline? Rumor has it that the reality TV star is not even committed to his on-screen partner Sophie Sierra. Warne however recently addressed the controversy.

Rob Warne May Be 'Lying' About His 90 Day Fiancé Storyline

90 Day Fiancé season 10 episode 2 titled We are Gathered Here Today follows Sophie Sierra officially moving into Rob Warne's 'bachelor pad.' Sophie was 'not a fan' of his house and his lifestyle, but as Rob told her before, it's only not ideal to 'her standards.'

As Rob explained in season 10, he was "living in the same condition" he had been living for 2 and a half years of his life when he dated Sophie long-distance, before they came on the show.

According to him, he had been working full-time and used his money to see her "no matter the distance", which led fans to beg the question of whether he genuinely wanted to be with Sophie or if he simply 'did it for the check.'

Leading up to 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort, Rob previously confirmed that he and Sophie "weren't together leading up to it" but opened up that being married and "doing everything to make it work" was important to him. Here's what Rob Warne addressed about it.

On November 17, 2024, Warne addressed the rumors himself by posting a long message to fans.

According to Rob, he and Sophie moved to a new apartment in Austin during the second season of Happily Ever After, adding that he has a new full-time job and is "committed to building a better future for his new family."

If anything, taking their opportunity to return in 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort was meant to give them "hopes of working their marriage out", especially due to the "turbulent marriage" that led up to it.

"All of the talk about doing it for a check is very dismissive to the reality that marriage IS worth fighting for and only those who truly respect it can understand why we would show up for each other even after all of the issues," Rob continued, "So all of that being said, I hope you enjoy this upcoming season."

It is worth mentioning though that Rob and Sophie separated in their 90 Day Fiancé season 10 debut and only starred in The Last Resort when they had not divorced yet at the time.

As much as Rob was committed to making things right with Sophie, he filmed for a show in October based on the 90 Day House concept where he met Jeniffer Tarazona, who is seemingly dating him at present.
