Last month, Mikey Madison won an Oscar for Best Actress for her acclaimed performance in the Best Picture winner Anora. This put her in the rare club of actresses who won the trophy earlier in their careers.
So far, Madison has not set her next project that will follow up on her Oscar victory, but she received several offers, including a role in Shawn Levy's Star Wars movie that she has reportedly passed on.

The smartest choice that Madison could make after her Oscar win is to work on a project with a renowned auteur or an award-winning filmmaker.
It would be great to see her star in films that are directed by the likes of Christopher Nolan, Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, Paul Thomas Anderson, Sofia Coppola, and more. Depending on the role, there's no doubt that it would be exciting to see her work with an all-time great.
Work with Sean Baker Again
Another smart option for Madison is to work with Sean Baker again, considering that he is the reason why she became an Oscar winner.
Following Anora's major Oscar victories, Baker's next movie will be seen as a highly anticipated project, and having Madison work with him again could add more excitement. After all, it's not new in Hollywood to see a director and an actor collaborate in multiple movies from time to time.
Greta Gerwig Movie
Greta Gerwig has become one of the most prominent filmmakers today. Madison is the type of performer who would be perfect for her movies, and arguably overdue to join her repertoire of actors.
