The Star Wars series Andor recently ended its run after two seasons and 24 episodes. Fans followed the journey of Cassian Andor's rebellion years before crossing paths with Jyn Erso.
The prequel series not only brought back some of the fan-favorite characters from Rogue One, but it also introduced new characters from both the Rebellion and the Empire that audiences loved and hoped that we would see more of them in other parts of the franchise.
Here are the characters from Andor that we would like to see appear in other Star Wars projects.
Dedra Meero
While Dedra Meero survived the events of the series, by the end of the final episode, we saw her detained in Narkina 5, and her fate was left ambiguous.
It would be interesting to see what her future is in the Star Wars universe after the series, whether she will be reformed or regret joining the ISB during her stay inside (assuming that she'll survive), especially with the Rebellion's success years later.
Bix Caleen
The final shot of the series saw Bix Caleen holding her baby with Cassian Andor, seemingly waiting for him to return someday. However, as we all know, that will never happen.
There are still some interesting stories that they can explore with Bix in the future, including how she'll react to Cassian's death and raising their baby as the Rebellion is close to ending the reign of the Empire.
Vel Sartha
Vel Sartha was one of the Rebellion characters who survived the events of the series. Her fate was left unknown, but we'll know that she would be a valuable member of the alliance.
With everything we've learn about the Rebellion in the series, it would be curious to see the events of A New Hope from the perspective of characters like her and how they'll assist Luke, Leia, and the other heroes while they're in Yavin.
Kleya Marki
Kleya Marki's backstory was explored in episode 10 of the second season. Audiences learned how she became the assistant of Luthen, and, as it turns out, there was a heartwarming story behind their relationship.
Just like the other characters mentioned above, she survived the events of the series while her fate was also left in a hopeful, ambiguous manner. There are a lot of things that they can explore with her in other projects, and we know that she is a valuable member of the Rebellion under Luthen's mentorship.
Kino Loy
The last time that we saw Kino Loy in the first season, he seemingly didn't manage to escape Narkina 5 as he couldn't swim his way to freedom.
The character didn't show up again in the second season, so his fate remains unknown. Hopefully, another Star Wars project will bring him back and give us an idea of whether he really survived the prison break or not.
