Who could forget one of Lindsay Lohan’s biggest breaks? The Parent Trap doesn’t consist of twelve kids, but it does have twin sisters Annie and Hallie, who never even knew they had a twin all along.

Well, as fate (and luck) would have it, these two ended up meeting one another and found out that their parents kept them separate when they divorced. As fate would have it, each family ends up having a life-altering event, in which they must work together and convince their high school friends and co-workers that everything's still normal within the family dynamics.

Alex is used to being the unluckiest kid in the world, be it gum in his hair and failing to impress the girl he likes, but the night before his birthday, he made a wish that everyone would have their own bad day.

The next day, the strangest thing happened: his father mishandles taking care of their youngest sibling, Trevor; his mother is late to work and had a misprint on a newly published children’s book; his sister has a cold and screws up her part as Peter Pan in the school play; and his older brother fails his driving test.
